<div><b><u>Delivery issues</u>:&nbsp;</b>Any package that has not updated tracking: Please wait 30 days, if the tracking has not updated in 30 days please contact us at support@alyjeanboutique.com and we will file a claim with the corresponding delivery provider and attempt to locate the package. &nbsp;Once we get an approval on the claim or locate your package, the order will either be delivered, or we will issue you an account credit.</div>

<div>Any packages marked "delivered" by the delivery provider are no longer the responsibility of Aly Jean Boutique.&nbsp;<span>If your package tracking is marked delivered, but you do not have the package, the customer is responsible for contacting the corresponding delivery provider to file a claim and proceed as they recommend. If you think your package was stolen it is also the customers responsibility to contact local authorities to handle the matter.
