<li>Health &amp; Wellness items (examples: essential oils, vitamins, No Crap In It, etc.)</li>

<li>Items priced at $20 or below</li>
<li>Mystery orders</li>

<h2>Market &amp; Pre-Orders</h2>
<p>Market and pre-orders are eligible for <strong>exchange or return for store credit only</strong>.</p>
<p>Market/pre-orders are <strong>not eligible for cancellation</strong>. When you place a pre-order, we reserve the product just for you, and inventory is specially ordered based on the number of pre-orders we receive.</p>
<h2>Order Cancellations</h2>
<p>If you request your order to be cancelled before it leaves our warehouse, the refund will be processed as account credit, no exceptions. Please be sure you want the item before checking out.</p>
<p><strong>Please note:</strong> if it has been at least 24 hours since you placed the order, it cannot be cancelled. At that point it is too far along in our fulfillment process and our warehouse team has already started working on it.</p>
<h2>Delivery Issues</h2>
<p><strong>Packages with no tracking updates:</strong> Please wait 30 days. If tracking has not updated within 30 days, contact us at support@alyjeanboutique.com and we will file a claim with the corresponding delivery provider and attempt to locate the package. Once the claim is approved or your package is located, the order will either be delivered or we will issue you an account credit.</p>
<p><strong>Packages marked "delivered":</strong> Any package marked "delivered" by the delivery provider is no longer the responsibility of Aly Jean Boutique. If your tracking is marked delivered but you do not have the package, you are responsible for contacting the corresponding delivery provider to file a claim and proceed as they recommend. If you believe your package was stolen, it is also your responsibility to contact local authorities. No refunds will be given for any package marked delivered and reported missing or stolen.</p>
<h2>Return Coverage &amp; Package Protection</h2>
<p>If you purchased Return Coverage and Package Protection with your order, email us at support@alyjeanboutique.com with all of your order information and evidence.</p>
<h2>Returns That Don't Meet Requirements</h2>
<p>If we receive a return that does not meet our requirements, your return will be denied and the product will be destroyed or donated depending on its condition.</p>

<p>Returns are typically processed within <strong>72 business hours</strong> of delivery to our facility.</p>
<h2>Website / App Returns</h2>
<p>Process your return in our <strong>Return Portal</strong> under the <strong>Account</strong> tab in the AJB app, or by visiting our return portal website [<a href="https://shop.alyjeanboutique.com/apps/redo/returns-portal/login">HERE</a>]. Please do <strong>not</strong> follow the local return instructions below unless you are a local pickup/drop-off return.</p>
<h2>Damaged or Defective Items</h2>

<li>Include your name, order number, and photos of the defective item</li>
<li>All damage/defect claims must be submitted within 14 days of you receiving the item</li>

<h2>Local Pickup Returns</h2>
<p><strong>Please email us directly at localreturns@alyjeanboutique.com</strong></p>
<p>The product must be returned within 14 days of you receiving the item.</p>
<p>You do not need to wait for a reply. As long as your return meets our requirements, bring it to the curbside pickup area Monday–Friday between 9am–3pm and call or text (480) 599-2936 when you arrive.</p>

REFUND POLICY

<p data-mce-fragment="1">All orders ship from our warehouse in Mesa Arizona.</p>
<p data-mce-fragment="1">Our current turn-around time is 1-3 business days!&nbsp;Please note, this is not updated daily so this may vary by one or two business days. If we are ever more than two days behind schedule we will post it on our app and website as well as&nbsp;announce it on our lives.&nbsp;</p>

<p data-mce-fragment="1">Processing: Your order has been placed and our warehouse team has been notified. (Typically 1-2 business days)</p>
<p data-mce-fragment="1">Printed: Your packing slip has been printed and our warehouse team is working on pulling and fulfilling your order. (Usually 1-2 business days)</p>
<p data-mce-fragment="1">Fulfilled: Your order has been shipped and you should have received an email with tracking information. If you did not receive this email at this stage, please double check your info and contact us with any questions.</p>
