We accept returns of items in new condition, with all tags attached, as long as they are in the mail headed back to us within 14 business days of when you received the item(s).
The following items are non-refundable:
- Any item which no longer has original tags attached or original packaging included
- Any item that is not in NEW condition
- Any item which is carrying an unacceptable odor (smoke, pet, etc.) or covered in pet hair

- Any item marked FINAL SALE
- Undergarments (including bralettes)
- Items discounted greater than 21%

Refunds can be processed as account credit, refund to original form of payment, or even exchange.

- Returns MUST BE requested through TikTok Shops if your order was placed through TikTok.
- Do this by opening your TikTok app, selecting the order in your TikTok Shops order history and requesting a return.
**We can not process your TikTok Shops order return if you haven’t requested the return through TikTok in addition to filling out this form**
