      - Be sure to include your name, order number and photos of the defective item
      - All damage/defect claims must be submitted within 14 days of you receiving the item.

***RETURN POLICY***

YOUR RETURN MUST BE IN THE MAIL WITHIN 14 DAYS OF YOU RECEIVING THE ITEM
 
The following items are non-refundable:

     - Any item which no longer has original tags attached or original packaging included
     - Any item that is not in NEW condition
     - Any item which is carrying an unacceptable odor (smoke, pet, etc.) or covered in pet hair
     - Swimwear
     - Any item marked FINAL SALE
     - Undergarments (including bralettes)
     - Items discounted 20% and greater
     - Items included in "Free Gift w/ Purchase" sales
     - Makeup
     - Health & Wellness items (examples: essential oils, vitamins, No Crap In It etc)
     - Earrings
     - Food
     - Items that are priced at $20 or below
     - Mystery orders

**LOCAL PICKUP RETURNS**

Before returning your item(s) EMAIL product & order info to: localreturns@alyjeanboutique.com 
You don't need to wait for a reply. If your returns meet our return requirements, bring them to the curbside pickup area Mon - Fri between 9am - 3pm.

The product must be returned within 14 days of you receiving the item.

Order CancellationsIf you request your order to be cancelled before it leaves our warehouse, the refund will be processed as account credit, no exceptions. So PLEASE be sure you want the item before checking out. 

**Please note, if it has been at least 24 hours since you placed the order, it can not be cancelled. At this point it is too far along in our fulfillment process and our warehouse team has already started working on it.**

- Market/Pre-orders are not eligible for cancellation. When you place a pre-order, we reserve the product just for you, and the inventory is specially ordered based on the number of pre-orders we receive.

Delivery issuesAny package that has not updated tracking: Please wait 30 days, if the tracking has not updated in 30 days please contact us at support@alyjeanboutique.com and we will file a claim with the corresponding delivery provider and attempt to locate the package.  Once we get an approval on the claim or locate your package, the order will either be delivered, or we will issue you an account credit.

Any packages marked "delivered" by the delivery provider are no longer the responsibility of Aly Jean Boutique. If your package tracking is marked delivered, but you do not have the package, the customer is responsible for contacting the corresponding delivery provider to file a claim and proceed as they recommend. If you think your package was stolen it is also the customers responsibility to contact local authorities to handle the matter. There will be no refunds given for any package marked delivered and missing or stolen.

If you had purchased our Return Coverage and Package Protection with your order, please email us at support@alyjeanboutique.com with all of your order information and evidence. 

If we receive a return item which does not meet the requirements, your return will be denied and the product will be destroyed or donated depending on it's condition.

Returns are typically processed within 72 business hours of delivery to our facility.
