<div>Any packages marked "delivered" by the delivery provider are no longer the responsibility of Aly Jean Boutique.&nbsp;<span>If your package tracking is marked delivered, but you do not have the package, the customer is responsible for contacting the corresponding delivery provider to file a claim and proceed as they recommend. If you think your package was stolen it is also the customers responsibility to contact local authorities to handle the matter. There will be no refunds given for any package marked delivered and missing or stolen.</span></div>

REFUND POLICY

<p data-mce-fragment="1">All orders ship from our warehouse in Mesa Arizona.</p>
<p data-mce-fragment="1">Our current turn-around time is 1-3 business days!&nbsp;Please note, this is not updated daily so this may vary by one or two business days. If we are ever more than two days behind schedule we will post it on our app and website as well as&nbsp;announce it on our lives.&nbsp;</p>
<p data-mce-fragment="1">What each order status means -&nbsp;</p>
<p data-mce-fragment="1">Processing: Your order has been placed and our warehouse team has been notified. (Typically 1-2 business days)</p>
<p data-mce-fragment="1">Printed: Your packing slip has been printed and our warehouse team is working on pulling and fulfilling your order. (Usually 1-2 business days)</p>
<p data-mce-fragment="1">Fulfilled: Your order has been shipped and you should have received an email with tracking information. If you did not receive this email at this stage, please double check your info and contact us with any questions.</p>
